Empowering Growth: Celebrating the Culmination of PAC PME’s Second Cohort in Sikasso

In early 2023, the journey of our second cohort of PAC PME in Sikasso reached its culmination. It was a time of reflection and celebration as mentors and entrepreneurs converged for a final week of enriching events. Anchoring this culmination was a comprehensive training session delivered by our access to finance specialists. Throughout the program, each of the 25 entrepreneurs crafted a growth plan, complemented by essential financial documentation and robust business strategies. Armed with these invaluable assets, they now stand poised to navigate the intricate landscape of follow-up funding with newfound confidence and clarity.

What truly distinguished the Sikasso cohort was their dedication and enthusiastic engagement in every facet of PAC PME’s initiatives. Beyond the structured program’s conclusion, our commitment to their success remains resolute. We are committed to continuing our support by facilitating connections with diverse opportunities, ensuring their journey towards growth and prosperity persists.

Recent developments have underscored the cohort’s resilience and entrepreneurial spirit. Notably, three of our entrepreneurs have earned placements in a follow-up program centered on green businesses, paving the way for significant investments in their ventures. Furthermore, Entreprise Mariam Koné stands as a beacon of success, reinvesting her earnings to establish a new Cyber Café branch in N’Kourala, extending essential internet access and services to communities situated 50 kilometers outside Sikasso town.

Behind every success story lies the invaluable guidance provided by our dedicated team and our mentors. With a ratio of nine mentors to twenty-five entrepreneurs, our cohort received personalized support and expertise, nurturing their growth and fostering innovation.

As the PAC PME journey continues, we remain committed to empowering entrepreneurs, driving economic growth, and fostering sustainable development in Sikasso. Together, we embark on a journey of transformation, where every achievement is a testament to the power of collaboration, resilience, and unwavering determination.
