Victor is an experienced team leader in development consultancy assignments, with 10 years of field experience (based in Mali and Ethiopia). Currently based in the Netherlands.

As a researcher and development practitioner, Victor has worked on: value chain / supply chain analysis and development, setting up partnerships for smallholder inclusion in value chains, cooperative arrangements between private / public / civil society sector, Market System Development, youth employment and labour market systems, program development, strategic advice, monitoring and evaluation of development programs. He is currently working on establishing a network of youth employment start-ups (Africa and Southeast Asia), as well as an accelerator for young entrepreneurs (Mali).

Victor holds a Masters degree in both International Business (University of Maastricht) and International Development (International School of Humanities and Social Sciences, cum laude). He is fluent in Dutch, English, and French.
